Pre-paid retainers available at lower hourly rates.
Pre-paid retainers available for ongoing website maintenance at lower hourly rates.
Fixed rates are also available for certain types of repairs such as malware removal, just ask.

Rate Policies
- One hour minimum charge for onsite support
- All rates are charged in quarter hour increments
- No contracts required for our support services
- No monthly minimums
- Initial introductory meeting to review your needs available at no charge
Travel & After Hours
Your prior approval will be requested before charging these rates.
- Onsite support for the first hour is $135, and $100 each hour thereafter
- 1 hour minimum for on-site support
- After hours support is available at $135/hour
- After hours availability requires a prior arrangement
If you are within 10 miles of our Edgewood, Pennsylvania, no travel fees apply.
Payment
- Invoices are due within 14 days upon receipt unless prior arrangements are made
- Invoices are sent via email, but can also be mailed upon request
- We accept cash, check, and PayPal
